According to Kenyan security forces, a roadside improvised explosive device (IED) targeted a vehicle of police officers, on Saturday, in the eastern county of Garissa, which borders Somalia. Many suspect that the IED was placed there by al-Shabaab. Early reports (various services) highlight 10 policemen dead.
