Ioannis Koskinas, 

Ioannis "Gianni" Koskinas is a retired special operations military officer, published author, highly effective leader, coach, and mentor. Prior to retirement, Gianni focused on national security matters as senior advisor to General Stan McChrystal (twice), General Nordy Schwartz (Chief of Staff, U.S. Air Force), and the Honorable Mike Vickers (Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict).


In commercial life, he has focused on extractive industries, capacity development, aviation, risk mitigation strategies, and bespoke consulting for Fortune 500 company initiatives.

Ryan F. Bennett , 
Lead Capture 
& Business Development Manager

Ryan comes to us with 12 years’ experience in U.S. Government contracting in the Middle East, South Asia, East Africa, India, and Eastern Europe. He has led teams under DoD and DoS contracts. His focus on Capture Management has brought about expansive growth and the building of solid teams between large and small businesses, which provided the U.S. Government with exceptional services.


Ryan received his Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2010, and is currently enrolled in FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute where his focus is on Counter Terrorism and Critical Incident Management.    

Zena Rabia, 
Director Marketing & Communications 

Zena joined the Hoplite Group in 2014, initially part time consultant supporting branding and marketing. In 2020, she joined the team full time as our Director of Marketing & Communications, bringing over 15 years of business experience on complex services across multi-disciplinary industries and with global geographical reach, to the Hoplite Group.


She holds a Master’s Degrees in Business Leadership and Marketing. She speaks French, Arabic, Spanish and English and completed her graduate and post-graduate education in France, Tunisia and the UK. Besides marketing, she has also edited all Hoplite Group analytical products covering the North Africa and Sahel regions.

Tenaya Norland, 
& Finance Manager

As Administration and Finance Manager, Tenaya is responsible for all administrative matters to include finance, human resources, and daily business operations. Additionally, she serves as our Facility Security Officer.


Prior to joining the Hoplite Group, Tenaya served in the United States Air Force as a career enlisted aviator in ACC and AFSOC, with over 3500 hours in the E8-C Joint STARS, MQ-1B Predator, and MQ-9A Reaper aircraft.

She holds a BS Degree in Business Management/Marketing and continues to serve as First Sergeant, in the U.S. Air Force Reserves.
