Hoplite Group, is a VOSB with headquarters based in Destin, Florida. We have an immediate opening for a recruiter who can support with identification and recruitment of qualified candidates to work on DoD Government programs.

Location: Remote, with candidates preferably based in/near Destin FL. Tampa FL. or Fayette Ville NC.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

• Support the Business Development team at pre-RFP stage in support of professional services bid responses with staffing requirements, staffing matrix, manning surveys and candidates search & selection.

• Prepare position descriptions according to PWS, advertise on HG job boards, interview and recruit.

• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to contact when new positions become available.

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

• Partner with leadership to build a comprehensive talent acquisition plan aligned to the near and long-term workforce needs of the company.

• Proactively, and frequently reviewing recruiting cycle and implementing tools to improve recruiting workflow and increase efficiencies.

• Managing advertisement budget.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors (Preferred).

• Relevant experience in recruitment of qualified candidates preferably on contracts with Department of Defense (DoD)

• Relevant experience in recruitment efforts supporting RFPs – bid stage.

• Identifying and selecting experienced candidates for specific Government requirements.
