Military Information Operations Senior Trainer

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Secret clearance
DESCRIPTION
Hoplite Group is looking for two qualified personnel to support a multi-year contract with the Joint Special Operations Task Force – Somalia (JSOTF-SOM) supporting the Danab SEC with classroom instruction, mentoring during “Train the Trainer” events while the Danab practice acting as instructors, and assisting the Danab in the creation of information operations products supporting operational requirements. This requirement may start as early as 31 March 2022.
REQUIREMENTS

Previous military experience as an E-7/O-3 or above in at least one of the following occupational specialties: 18 CMF, 30A, 38A, 38B, 37A, 37F, FA 46, 46A CMF, 46S, 46X CMF (or service equivalent).

Minimum one year deployed in an austere environment serving in one of the occupational specialties listed above, or one year serving as an active duty instructor at a proponent sponsored schoolhouse.

WORK SCHEDULE

Contractor personnel working on-site will be required to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week, during the instruction period. A typical duty day while present onsite is from 0800 to 1700. Trainers shall plan for up to 6 hours of daily instruction, with up to 2 hours before and after instructional periods to prepare lessons. Time spent not conducting classroom support are considered “on call” for mission mentorship to the Danab SEC, up to 4 hours per day.
