The Hoplite Group is seeking to hire a Site Lead for AFSOC at Hurlburt Field, Florida, to perform advisory duties in training, travel, and other services in provision of courseware lifecycle development, analysis, and support. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Site Lead will be the subject matter expert in courseware development and support and the single point of contact designated in writing at the 492 SOTRSS and will represent the Hoplite Group to the COR/CO for coordination and performance.  Duties will include ensuring the following functional areas: instructional design, instructional media design, LMS Administration, software programming, enterprise training analysis, AbMN analysis, C2 analysis, LREC analysis, course facilitator support, AV Cyber Operations and registration support is personnel are adhering to the PWS and performing to the required exceptional standard that is expected by mentoring and coaching as needed as well as building positive employee relations and relationships.   Site lead will ensure test materials are handled and stored IAW regulations.  Site lead will coordinate with COR/CO for system models and multimedia are created for review and approval.     

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ten (10) years of experience in the following functional areas: Instructional Design, Configuration Management and Learning Management Systems.

Proficient with online and/or F2F courseware or instructional products, in various formats (i.e., SCORM, HTML5, SVG, xAPI, MP3, MP4, AVI).

Five (5) years of experience in AFSOC aircrew training operations.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

Must have at least a minimum of a Secret Clearance.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in ISD, education, or relevant academia

OTHER:

Travel may be required, CONUS/OCONUS. 

Normal Duty Hours – Monday-Friday, 0730-1630.

Mission may require extended shifts or weekend work.

Alternative Work Location/Telework may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
