AFSOC LREC Analyst

The Hoplite Group is seeking a LREC analyst for AFSOC at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
Language Regional Expertise (LREC) Support personnel assist the AFSOC Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) Program Manager to Synchronize and integrate the Command's spectrum planning, organizing, managing, and implementing necessary force development policies, regulations, directives, doctrine, and procedures for the command’s LREC program. LREC Support personnel will Analyze, develop, and evaluate detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major force development command program(s), advise and monitor the HQ process for Special Operation Force (SOF) Development education and training to include language and culture, provide surveillance support, analysis, and reporting of wing and unit-level language readiness, requirements validation, and special projects for DoD, USSOCOM CDR and AFSOC/CC, participate in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques and prepare and deliver oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial issues, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assigned program(s).
Four (4) years of Special Operations experience required, with at least two (2) years of Headquarters level staff experience.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Language Program experience.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
Must have at least a minimum of a Secret Clearance.
Minimum of an Associate degree.
Travel may be required, CONUS/OCONUS.
Normal Duty Hours – Monday-Friday, 0730-1630.
Mission may require occasional extended shifts or weekend work.
Alternative Work Location/Telework may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
