AFSOC Enterprise Training Analyst
Hurlburt Field - Florida

The Hoplite Group is seeking an enterprise training analyst for AFSOC at Hurlburt Field, Florida. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enterprise Training Analysis Support personnel will implement, provide organizational support, and maintenance for the Enterprise Training System (ETS) such as Air Commando Development (ACD) Programmed Education Requirement Document (PERD) and Programmed Ground Training (PGT) implementation and sustainment. Enterprise Training Analysis Support personnel will be responsible for scheduling of all ACD, PGT, PERD courses and adherence to course pre-requisites using the Oracle Training Administrator (OTA) system or other designated administration registration systems for the total force. Responsible for ensuring current and future industry standards are met or exceeded and technical oversight of Electronic Flight Bags (EFB), to include CHub development. Support personnel will provide surveillance support, guidance, and direction of PEX and the AFSOC Cloud programs. Enterprise Training Analysis support for Air Commando Development program management, surveillance support to the education and ground training programs, assist in management update and revision of AFSOCI 36-2601. Support personnel will coordinate program requirement changes with stakeholders, waiver/exceptions to policy MAJCOM level, gather program requirements through Data Call, analyze and validate requirements with functional managers, coordinate requirements and task FTU with Capacity Analysis and Short-Fall Report and validate capacity while coordinating schedule with all programmed education and ground training TRI.  Support personnel will inform Government program manager resource shortfalls for inclusion in the Program Objective Memorandum, Program Ground Training (PGT) MAJCOM Training Requestor Quota Indicator (TRIQ) while providing surveillance support to three (3) ground courses/1,080 training quotas and all education programs/courses required by the AFSOC operations force as part of SOF development as well as coordinate with AETC, AFSOC active-duty wings, ANG, AFRC, schedulers/registrars.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Special Operations experience.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

Must have at least a minimum of a Secret Clearance.

 

EDUCATION:

Minimum of a BS/BA.

 

OTHER:

Travel may be required, CONUS/OCONUS. 

Normal Duty Hours – Monday-Friday, 0730-1630.

Mission may require occasional extended shifts or weekend work.

Alternative Work Location/Telework may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
